Welcome to kefu.help (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. What the Service does

kefu.help provides an AI support bot for website owners: it crawls the public pages of a website you specify, builds a knowledge base, answers visitor questions in a chat window on your site, and collects visitor contact details according to your settings.

2. Your account and acceptable use

• You are responsible for all activity under your account and may only connect websites you own or are authorised to operate.
• You may not use the Service to distribute unlawful, infringing, fraudulent or harassing content, or attempt to circumvent quotas, reverse engineer or disrupt the Service.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service, harm others, or remain unpaid.

3. Nature of AI answers

The bot generates answers automatically from the website content you provide. We work hard to keep it grounded in your content, but we cannot guarantee that every answer is accurate, complete or appropriate for a particular situation. You are responsible for reviewing the opening message, owner instructions and knowledge sources, and for commitments made to visitors on your website. The Service does not provide legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.

4. Fees and trial

• New accounts receive a free trial with no card required. When the trial ends the bot pauses; nothing is charged automatically.
• Paid plans are monthly subscriptions you can cancel at any time; service continues to the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Prices and limits are as published on the website. We will email you before any change that affects you.

5. Data

Content you upload or authorise us to crawl remains yours and is used only to provide the Service to you. Visitor conversations are stored under your account for you to review. We do not train general-purpose models on your content or conversations. Deleting a bot deletes its knowledge base and conversations. See the Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the Service, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
